Terms & Conditions – McKee Real Estate Client Offer

This promotional offer is exclusively provided by ZAFI Air Conditioning & Consulting ("ZAFI") to clients of McKee Real Estate Group and is effective starting March 1, 2025. By utilizing this offer, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Exclusivity & Eligibility

  • This promotion is exclusive to McKee Real Estate Group clients and is valid only for the initial homeowner who received the offer upon purchasing a home through McKee.

  • The 15% discount on the diagnostic fee and equipment replacement is applicable only to the property purchased through McKee Real Estate Group and cannot be transferred to other addresses, individuals, or properties.

2. Diagnostic Fee Terms

  • The 15% discount applies to ZAFI’s diagnostic fee at the time of service.

  • The base diagnostic fee fluctuates seasonally and is determined at ZAFI’s discretion.

  • This offer does not lock in a fixed diagnostic fee but only provides a 15% reduction from the standard rate at the time of service.

  • The 15% diagnostic fee discount is valid for one (1) year from the date the first diagnostic service is completed and recorded.

  • If the provided McKee client discount card is lost, stolen, or misplaced, NO replacements will be issued.

  • The original card provided by McKee Real Estate Group is the ONLY valid card for this offer.

3. Equipment Replacement Offer Terms

  • The 15% discount applies exclusively to the replacement and/or new installation of the following HVAC equipment:

    • Indoor & outdoor mini-split systems

    • Heat pump units

    • Condensing units

    • Furnace units

    • Evaporator coils

    • Air handlers

    • Ductwork

  • This discount does NOT apply to individual component replacements, including but not limited to:

    • Compressors

    • Capacitors

    • Control boards

    • Sensors

    • Other individual repair components

  • The entire unit must be replaced for this offer to apply.

  • The 15% discount on equipment replacement is a one-time use only and cannot be applied to multiple transactions.

  • If multiple qualifying HVAC systems are being replaced at the same time, the 15% discount applies to the final sales price of the total quoted proposal for that transaction.

  • This offer is only redeemable at the property purchased through McKee Real Estate Group and cannot be transferred to another residence.

  • As long as ZAFI Air Conditioning & Consulting remains in business, this card will be valid.

  • If the McKee client discount card is lost, stolen, or misplaced, NO replacement cards will be issued.

4. Service & Liability Disclaimer

  • All HVAC services, including diagnostics, repairs, and installations, are provided exclusively by ZAFI Air Conditioning & Consulting.

  • Any issues, disputes, or concerns regarding HVAC services must be directed to ZAFI.

  • McKee Real Estate Group is not responsible for any HVAC service issues, equipment performance, or warranty claims.

  • ZAFI assumes full responsibility for the execution and quality of all services provided under this promotion.

5. General Terms

  • ZAFI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

  • This offer holds no cash value and is non-transferable.

  • Any misuse of the offer, including fraudulent transfers or attempts to use the discount at unauthorized locations, will result in immediate cancellation of benefits.

  • By using this offer, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
